Merry Christmas 2012

Christmas Eve!
 Our traditional candlelight dinner

 The bearded man...
 The nativity.
 Shelby was a wise man
 I love this face!

Christmas!
Santa came!  Shelby and Keaton's loot.
 Chloe's big present from Santa
It's Christmas morning!  We had Michele and Samantha staying with us on Christmas Eve.  We all loved having them with us and Shelby LOVED waking up with Samantha on Christmas morning.
 Keaton holding his treasure box.
I love her face!  She got an Ipad!
Chloe was a little overwhelmed in the morning.  It was hard to get a smile out of her at first.
She likes her ride on turtle!
 Matching horse jammies!
 2 cute girls!
My mom and dad got the kids a wagon and Shelby just wanted to play with the box.
Tyler and Alison got this REALLY amazing game called mindflex duel.  You move the ball with your mind.
 The staredown....Tucker won.
I put Chloe down for a nap at my parents and when I checked on her she had found a stash of chocolate and it was EVERYWHERE!  All over her and my moms carpets.  Little stinker.

I wish I had pictures of the Steeds, but we enjoyed time with them as well.  We enjoyed every second of the month and I hate when it's all over.  It was wonderful to spend time with our families.

The Steed Polar Express

We all found our Polar Express tickets under our pillows.
We loaded in the car where there was popcorn, hot chocolate and Christmas music playing.
We had the BEST time driving around and looking at Christmas lights.
Shelby fell asleep on the way home.  This has to be a new tradition for us.

Shelby's School Christmas Program

Shelby's school makes me happy.  Very happy.  She is in a class with the same 5 other students that she has known mostly since preschool.  There are 2 kids that are completely blind and the other 3 have varying levels of sight impairment.  To Shelby, they are just her friends.  She doesn't know that they are "different." At the Christmas program she guided her blind friend Sam to dance with the rest of her class during Christmas songs.  I just love that there are no judgements with her.  She has a perfect love of everyone.  It warms my heart.
Shelby did great at her Christmas program this year.  They read the story of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.  She said her part perfectly and it had some big words in it!

A special visitor came at the end.  The kids loved it!

Christmas Party

 Me between the 2 preggers.
This picture cracks me up so much.  This is what face we got when my dad told Shelby to smile.
