Halloween

We had a lot of fun for Halloween this year.
Shelby was a vampire, Chloe was Ariel, and Keaton was a zombie skeleton

We had the Steeds over and Debby made her amazing chili.  Spencer and Molly are always on point!

Emmily does amazing makeup, doesn't she?
This was the only picture I got from my parents Halloween party.  Cute Ellie and Shelby

Chloe's preschool party.

I helped with Shelby and Keaton's Halloween parties.  It was a major sugar high!

My little model for a day

Chloe had the fun experience of modeling for a day for a Utah designer.  She came out with a holiday line of clothes and needed some girls to wear them.  Chloe loved it.

California

I was so excited to take a break from school and go to California with the kids and our favorite San Diego people.  I surprised the kids that we were flying when we were almost to the airport.  They were super excited!

The next day we had to go to the beach because it is our favorite!

We went to La Jolla shores and it was perfection.

The kids all did boogie boarding for hours!!  They could have played for longer too.

The next day we drove to Disneyland.  It was so much fun.  Our first ride was Cars.

It was seriously so hot though.  100 at Disney?!

We crossed off a lot of things off my bucket list.  I have always wanted to eat at the Blue Bayou.  It was a dream.  I loved every second of it.

The Monte Cristo was amazing.

It was Michele's birthday so we had fun celebrating all day.  Isn't she a beauty!!!

Halfway through the first day, Chloe's shoe broke.  Michele saved the day by finding her some shoes to wear!

Day one at Sunset.

The next morning we had reservations for character dining at Ariel's grotto.  It was before the park opened so it was fun to see the park totally empty.

Chloe got very shy when the princesses came out.

King Keaton!

Queen Shelby

I miss that view!

It got so hot in the middle of the second day that we decided to go back to the hotel and swim for a little bit.  We were staying at the Grand Californian which is attached to California Adventures so that made it super easy.  That was another dream come true.  The property was spectacular.

cute girls!

We went back out later that afternoon.  Chloe even got nervous around Minnie which is her favorite.

We had to ride cars a couple more times.

We got a front row show at the world of lights color.  It was a perfect day!
